INFORMATION MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK (IMF)

The IMF aim to enable HACC services across NSW to manage their information and data consistent with Community Care Common Standards (Information Management). Also to enable staff and boards to make informed decisions about their services and the characteristics of their service users in preparation for HACC Transition and chronological split as well as planning into the future with the Commonwealth as the sole program administrator.

IMF PROJECT: Branding development, web site look and feel, printed manual design and layout.
